      It is official - we are finally moving. The Township of Warren inspector came out to measure the new stairs and they met his approval. We have the Certificate of Occupancy and are ready to move in this weekend.

     That means that starting July 5th our studio will be ready to welcome it's clients into our brand new Pilates and Yoga studio at 53 Mountain Blvd in the Gateway East Plaza. If you need directions to this new location, you can click here to get them from our website.

CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM:
   How You Can Benefit

      A lot of our clients have enjoyed our classes so much that they went out of their way to recommend us to their friends, family & co-workers. We felt that we should thank our clients who do that and thus we came up with Client Referral Bonus. It works as follows: if you recommend us to someone and they buy a class card at our studio we will discount your next class card $10. There is no limit to how many times you can collect this bonus; if five people buy class cards, your next card costs you $50 less!

PILATES TOWER:
   What your workout's been missing!

      Our studio offers it's clients a unique opportunity to reap the benefits of exercise on the Pilates equipment without the commitment to one-on-one instruction. Pilates Tower Classes allow a small group of students (4-5 max) to workout of the Pilates mat exercises combined with the springs and resistance training on the Pilates Towers.
     
If you haven't tried a class for yourself, then you might truly missing out on a great workout. We currently offer these classes Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 11AM, but we'll be adding some evening Pilates Tower classes shortly.
     
If you are interested but have never tried Pilates before, you can get a Tower Starter package. This package combines 3 Private Pilates Sessions and 7 Tower Classes for only $400. Call the studio to reserve your spot, as these classes book up quickly.

Denise DePekary

      Denise, first and foremost, is a proud mother of two. When she is not teaching yoga or being a mommy, she is busy being an attorney for a local law firm.  

       Her Yoga Flow Class (Tuesdays at 7PM) is both challenging and fun. It focuses on linking the various poses together in a smooth fluid movement. Practicing yoga in such a continuous "flow" provides the benefits of both cardiovascular and strength training along with the traditional benefits of yoga such as relieving stress and improving focus and concentration.

NEW TO YOGA:
   Which class is right for you?

      We routinely hear from people who hear wonderful things about the benefits of Yoga and would love to either start taking Yoga themselves or convince their husbands to try a class.
      Although our instructors routinely adjust their teaching styles to accommodate all the students in the class, there are several classes that would be a perfect fit for a beginner Yogi. These are:

  • Mon 9:30-10:45AM - Vinyasa Yoga
  • Tuesday 8-9 PM - Gentle/Restorative Yoga
  • Wednesday 9:30-10:45AM - Vinyasa Yoga
  • Thursday 7-8:15PM - Gentle/Restorative Yoga
  • Friday 9:30-10:45AM - Vinyasa Yoga
  • Sunday 9:30-10:45AM - Vinyasa Yoga

So, pick a class and give Yoga a try - you are going to love it!
